Our November Newsletter Is Out!

We are now well and truly into Autumn and all the wonderful hues of the season are here to be enjoyed. Living in the Chilterns we are fortunate to have some spectacular woodlands to enjoy with carpets of golden leaves at every turn.

November is the month of remembrance and so we remember our own loved ones and why we all pause for 2 minutes silence on Armistice Day.

It is also the month to remember all the men in your life as it is National Men’s Health Awareness Month. It has become THE month in which to grow a moustache to help raise awareness and funds in support of “Movember”.

At Aston Hearing we are also remembering our popular HearToday events and why it is so important to stay in touch and connected. Remembrance can lead to nostalgia and, following the Danish notion of ‘Hygge’ (getting cosy), we have some ideas to help you through the shorter days and living in a lockdown. We also invite you to join us on a HearToday virtual cooking session for “Stir Up Sunday” on 29th November.

We have a new poem from Pat Aylett for you to enjoy too. So, grab yourself a cuppa, snuggle down and read on.
