This month we have some important changes to tell you about.

We have sad news about the departure of two of our audiologists Sereta Parker and Karen Williams who will be leaving us at the end of October.  We celebrate the careers they have enjoyed with us, talk about their next big adventures and explain how we are supporting their clients going forward.

As the media follows the launch of the new NHS Track and Trace app we ask Cassie Quigley, our Clinical Ear Care specialist about her experiences during lockdown as a Test and Trace Nurse and to explain about the new NHS app.

In our monthly staff feature, we are delighted to properly introduce Maisie Collet-Fenson who is most often to be found at Thame (read on to find out more).The recipe we offer you this month is from Jon Webster, our wonderful graphic designer but whose other job is as owner and founder of “Cracking Nuts” a superb artisan nut business in Devon.  We, of course, have a new topical poem for you to enjoy from our amazing Poet Laureate – Pat Aylett.
