Karen takes pleasure in getting to know clients personally and finds immense satisfaction in providing the help they need at the service desk. Her role represents a departure from her earlier career days, bringing a refreshing change and a new source of fulfilment.

Outside of her professional life, Karen cherishes the melodic harmony of Choral Choir, the enchanting Dawn Chorus, and the soothing sound of waves. With her dedication to client satisfaction and her appreciation for diverse sounds, Karen contributes significantly to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Aston Hearing’s front desk.
