REBECCA ASHFORD

CLIENT CARE TEAM

Rebecca brings a fresh perspective as a Front of House Administrator, having recently completed her A Levels in English, Biology, Sociology, and an Extended Project Qualification in childbirth. With a Level 3 Lab Technician apprenticeship under her belt, Rebecca is no stranger to working with diverse groups, from primary school children to retail customers, and has two years of experience in a scientific lab setting.

“Having struggled with problems with my own ears, I understand the frustration and would like to expand my knowledge in the industry to help other people. I am really excited to be starting my audiology degree apprenticeship in 2025.”

Outside of work and studies, music plays a significant role in Rebecca’s life, and she delights in the cute noises that dogs make to communicate.

“I love meeting new people and hearing about their stories and making them feel welcome when they first come into clinic. Also, I am very excited about the huge range of learning opportunities that my role offers me.”
