For nearly five years, Helen has been the welcoming face at the front of house and service desk in Amersham

“I have always been a people person. So, enjoy interacting with the clients as they come through the door. Whether that is to book them in for their appointment or for a repair”

Outside of work, Helen finds solace in the quiet hoot of a barn owl late at night, the energy of live music from her favourite bands, and the freedom of bike freewheeling.

“I find my role satisfying when a client comes in frustrated needing a minor repair/appointment and leaves happy / hearing again and a date arranged. I enjoy keeping the reception looking nice and tidy welcoming to our clients. I enjoy supporting the audiologists in any way I can.”
