“I love meeting new people and positively impacting their lives. For many clients an appointment with us might be the highlight of their day and we make sure that everyone who comes through the door feels special. Having a hearing problem can be incredibly trying and we do our best to help in every way we can”.
Outside of work, Karen finds joy in the melodic chirping of birds and the warm welcome from her beloved dog each morning.
