Aston Hearing have made the difficult decision to close all practices for the time being. We all feel strongly that the safety and health of our clients, staff and the country as a whole, is paramount. We believe no-one should be interacting with each other as it puts them and the community at risk.

Covid-19 has changed our lives in a very short space of time and we have been reviewing the situation daily as more information comes to light. Despite taking every precaution and preventative measures in our practices, it became apparent in the last few days that this is not enough to safeguard public health. Our only option left was therefore to close.

We appreciate that living apart from each other without hearing is incredibly hard and isolating and we would usually do anything to avoid this. We will do all that we can to help you through this period and have set up a helpline on 01494 733840 which you can call for advice, help with repairs, batteries and maintenance guidance.

We will also be offering a telephone, postal and ‘drive through’ repair support from Amersham. We are working to find a way to best support our NHS audiology departments and those who wear NHS aids as some audiology clinics may close.  Please check our website regularly for updates or call our direct number. Our staff are working hard at home to give you as much help as possible and frequent updates will feature on our website, Facebook and other social channels.

We are also fast tracking the beta trial of an emergency App which allows you to use your mobile phone as a back-up hearing aid. If you are interested please get in touch and we will set this up for you. All we ask is that you give us essential feedback to help us develop the App further.
